Instagram Post By Meek Mill Gets Him Handcuffed And Arrested For Reckless Endangerment

Rapper Meek Mill was arrested for recklessly riding an illegal dirt bike after police saw his Instagram posts about it. Dirt bikes are motorcycles designed for use on rough terrain, such as unsurfaced roads or tracks, and used especially in scrambling.
The rapper, whose given name is Robert Rihmeek Williams, 30, was riding without a helmet through the neighborhood, which has long been plagued by reckless All-Terrain Vehicles and dirt bike riders, police said. Mill and others posted footage of the escapades to Instagram, which police spotted and used to track him down.
His lawyer, Joseph Tacopina, said he was being singled out because of his celebrity. He was still awaiting arraignment as Friday morning, records show.
