Nigerian Striking Sensation Is Set To Join Manchester City

Manchester City are reportedly close to completing a deal for Nigerian striker Olarenwaju Kayode from Austria Vienna. The 24-year-old, who was the top scorer in the Austrian Bundesliga last season with 17 goals from 33 appearances, is expected to sign a four-year deal before being sent out on loan to Spanish side Girona.Kayode, who has played for the Nigeria national team three times, can play wide as well as a central striker. He had been previously linked with a move to Newcastle United. City are currently in Spain for a four-day training camp and will play a friendly against Girona on Tuesday night.
