Serena who was captured by famed photographer Mario Testino for the stunning photoshoot, flaunts her growing baby bump draped in an ethereal custom white dress by Atelier Versace for the editorial feature in the September issue of Vogue magazine.
Serena took to Instagram on Wednesday to share the image from the shoot with her 6.3 million followers writing ‘just a few days after announcing I was pregnant, we did this shoot for the @voguemagazine iconic September issue,’ she wrote. ‘I was so energetic that day, but then I remember being totally exhausted and needed to take a break for an hour. I was still trying to understand this whole pregnancy process,’ she continued. ‘Nowadays I have no ankles or toes and my fingers resemble sausages, but it’s moments like this that are captured by @mariotestino that makes everything worthwhile. Despite her exhaustion, Serena is exuding a motherly glow in the spread, which also features an image of her posed in a figure-hugging gold tank dress by Ralph Lauren Collection. The athlete’s dress is paired with dangly gold earring by Zoë Chicco, and she can be seen running her hand through her hair with her right hand while her left hand was posed on her hip.
