Power’s Naturi Naughton Lands Endorsement Deal With AJ Crimson

Naturi Naughton just added the title “beauty queen” to her Hollywood resume. Earlier this week, AJ Crimson Beauty announced its partnership with the Power star, who helped create a three-piece lip collection called “Celebrate You.”
It’s not only the first ever celebrity endorsement for the Black girl-approved brand; it also marks the new mother’s first foray into the cosmetics industry. Naturi also hopes her new venture will inspire young women of color to embrace what makes them unique instead of conforming to society’s unfair beauty standards.
“As a child (and even during my time as a professional singer) people mocked my complexion, lips, and so much more,” Naturi shared. “It weighed me down, but I’m glad we’re living in a time when we can make sure all girls know how beautiful they are and that they should be celebrated.”
