Rafael Nadal Reclaims Top Spot In ATP Ranking After Three Years

Rafael Nadal has finally returned to world number one at the ATP Rankings after three years of absence and is the modern era King of Clay Courts.
The Spaniard, won his 15th Grand Slam title this year at Roland Garros and beat Britain’s Andy Murray to the top spot. The 31-year-old last topped the weekly rankings in July 2014. Roger Federer however came 3rd and was trailed by Stan Wawrinka, with Serbia’s Novak Djokovic completing the top five.
