Nigerian musician, Dammy Krane, was to appear in court yesterday, August 1st, 2017.
Recall that the 25-year-old singer was arrested in July in the United States on credit card fraud and identity theft charges.
The court circuit in the Miami-Dade County states that a date has been set for Dammy Krane’s day in court.
According to reports, his trial will commence at 9:15 on August 1 before Judge Miguel de la O and represented by his attorney Courtney Erik.
Although he was released a few days after he pleaded not guilty to the charges and met his bail condition was set at $7500; the American justice system will determine his guilt or otherwise in court.
The singer denies the charge and blames it on a show promoter that booked him a private jet with stolen credit cards.
