The Super Eagles of Nigeria made it three wins from three in 2018 World Cup Africa qualifying round with a 4-0 thrashing of African champions Cameroon in Uyo.
Odion Ighalo, skipper John Mikel Obi, Victor Moses and substitute Kelechi Iheanacho were all on target for Nigeria in their victory at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium. The win means the Super Eagles top Group B on nine points while Cameroon have just two after three matches.
After an uninspiring start, Ighalo puts Nigeria ahead in the 28th minute. Mikel made it 2-0 in the 42nd from a Victor Moses corner.
Eleven minutes into the second half, Victor Moses slotted home from inside the box and Iheanacho, who came in for injured Ighalo, made it 4-0 when he nodded past goalkeeper Fabrice Ondo from Ogenyi Onasi assist in 77th minute.
