FIFA Invites Super Eagles Veteran Emmanuel Amunike For ‘Trophy Experience’

Federation of International Football (FIFA) has invited U17 World Cup winning coach Emmanuel Amunike to take part in the FIFA ‘Trophy Experience’ in readiness for this edition of the competition scheduled to hold in India. Amunike was invited alongside Colombia iconic player Carlos Valderama, Fernando Morientes (Spain), Marcel Desaily (France) and Jorge Campos.
The Legends will take part in the Mumbai leg of the Trophy Experience and will play in an exhibition match at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai to celebrate what is poised to be the biggest football tournament in India’s history. Amunike played at the 1994 FIFA World Cup and also won an Olympic gold in 1996. He led the Golden Eaglets to glory at the FIFA U-17 World Cup in 2015 at Chile.
