The Federal government has declared Friday, September 1st and Monday, September 4th as public holiday to mark forthcoming Eid el Kabir celebrations. Minister of Interior, Abdulrahman Dambazau made this declaration known in a statement released today.The Minister enjoined all Muslims faithful and Nigerians in general to use the occasion of the celebration for sober reflection and pray for peace, unity and progress of the nation in its march to nationhood.
